4 phases were included in the GarageUnitz project. This storage facility allows users to purchase or rent self-storage units in a secure gated location. The facility includes 144 units and boasts amenities such as a 1,500-square-foot club, a portable water station, accessible security cameras, and an RV wash and self-serve wash bay.
